Caitlin Flood graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelors of Science, she was a Division 1 collegiate basketball player and continued her career overseas professionally for three seasons. Caitlin then continued to further her education at Essex College for her Physical Therapy Assistant degree as well as receiving her Pilates certification in 2016 from the Kane school in NYC. She enjoys working with all different populations and loves to integrate her athletic and professional background into helping other achieve their goals.
Caitlin enjoys watching Knicks and Yankee games, playing tennis and walking her dog around her city. She is always up for an adventure and loves finding the next best place to eat!
